1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity  and  second gear   concerning your access to and use of the https://www.google.com/searchq=https://secongearautoparts.com/ website. By purchasing products (mowers, parts, accessories) from our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accuracy of Inventory and Pricing

We make every effort to display the accuracy of our inventory, including part numbers and supersessions (when a manufacturer replaces an old part number with a new one). However:

• Supersessions: Manufacturers (e.g., John Deere, Husqvarna, Savage Equipment) frequently update part numbers. If you order a part that has been superseded, we may ship the updated/newer part number which fits your machine specifications.

• Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• Backorders: If a part is on backorder with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), we will notify you with an estimated lead time. You may cancel backordered items for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Parts: Small parts are shipped via [UPS/FedEx/USPS]. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• LTL Freight (Heavy Machinery/Engines):

  • Items over [100 lbs] (e.g., Mower Decks, Crate Engines, Zero-Turn Mowers) ship via LTL Freight.

  • Signature Required: You must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Liftgate Service: Unless specified, curbside liftgate service is included. The driver will not move the item into your garage or shed.

  • Damage Inspection: You must inspect the crate/packaging before signing the Bill of Lading. If you sign for a package as "Clean/Undamaged," we cannot file a claim for concealed damage later. If damage is visible, Refuse the Shipment.
